As far as VIDRES is concerned, the next edition of CERSAIE ’19 provides the perfect opportunity to exhibit its materials and finishes, in addition to the company´s innovative designs featuring the latest advances in digital decoration technology.
The most noteworthy products are the collections featuring the ROCKER effect, a technique consisting of the combination of a digital application and glaze with the aim of achieving a three-dimensional relief effect. ROCKER is used for the generation of stone-type micro-reliefs and different textures: geometries, wood, textile, hydraulic and decorated, providing a realistic effect of volume and affording the finish a highly natural look. This technique has been used in the presentation of our collections consisting of natural stone, polished and honed marble, wood with relief, veneer and cement.
We have used the metallic granulate KERINOX to produce a polished sheet with highly vanguard aesthetics. Models with a stone appearance have been developed using HDM screen printing. New projects have also been developed using the digitAll technique, the application of which is totally digital. A number of marble collections will also be on display using both the polished glaze technique in 120 x 240 format and the “lapatto” granule finish in 60 x 140 format.
The highlight in relation to coatings are the collections featuring 3G metal, of a pearly and metallic appearance, in addition to the digital glue used in decoration with granules.
As for non-slip materials, the range includes the innovative KRATOS and the classic TECNOKER, as well as the latest development in this type of material, such as the digital non-slip ink GRIP-INK. This range of products includes non-slip finishes R10 and R11 with a matte texture and a pleasant, stone touch, ideal for use outdoors or in moist indoor environments such as swimming pools, spas, changing rooms, or projects with technical requirements.
Finally, we will be presenting our new range of quick-drying inks, specifically designed to prevent problems in relation to repellency when performing digital decoration with large amounts of ink. This is particularly useful in the production of marble with a polished glaze finish. The quick-dry and low-repellence properties of these inks make them unique for this type of application.
This series of innovative features is a demonstration of our commitment to innovation. Our aim is to provide our customers with high levels of differentiation in both materials and finishes, as well as design.
We look forward to seeing you at CERSAIE, Hall 33, Booth A37-C39, between 23 and 27 September 2019
